Printing a temporary ID card using Aetna Navigator
| Step #1: | Go to Aetna Navigator by typing the following address into your web browser https://www.aetna.com/ |
| Step #2: | Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Get a New ID Card” under the Tools column in the dark gray box. |
| Step #3: | If you are a first-time Navigator user, please select “Register Now” and follow the registration instructions. (Use SSN number to register.) If you are already registered, please enter your user name and password and then click the “Secure Log In” button. |
| Step #4: | In the “Choose a Card” drop-down menu, select the name of the member whose card you would like to print, then “View Card”. |
| Step #5: | Click “View\Print ID Card” and open the .pdf file. |
| Step #6: | Print your card. |
Note: Effective 7/1/13, your new ID number starts with a “W” and your new group number is 837222.
Please be sure to select the 7/1 plan if prompted in any of the steps above.
